Suikoden IV[]
Before the Island Liberation War, Troy first met Razro and his friend, floating in the Kuknasi Sea using a small boat. He helped, gave them food and allowed Razro and his friend to come inside Troy's ship. After Razro and his friend discovered that Troy was an enemy, they fought Troy, but they were defeated easily and fled. Knowing that they were harmless, Troy allowed them to escape.
Troy and his fleet attacked and took over control in the entire Kingdom of Obel and a war started between Obel, along with several small islands, versus the Kooluk Empire. After some time, king Lino En Kuldes with Razro and the Island Liberation Navy took back the Obel Kingdom and Troy lost control over the Kingdom and fled to Fort El-Eal.
At the final battle, Razro won over Troy in a one on one battle. Razro asked Troy to join them aboard on the Dauntless, but he declined and decided to sink with his ship. While the ship was sinking, he realized that he already met Razro before.
