Warlock is the Chizen Star in Suikoden IV.
Profile
Background
Warlock invented the Rune Cannon. To create a Rune Cannon he summoned the Giant Tree and the Eye Fish from the World of Emptiness. The seeds from the Giant Tree is used to made the ammunition for the Rune Cannon and the Eye Fish became a part of the muzzle. He create as many as the Lord of Middleport requested.
Story
Game
After knowing that the Rune Cannon have adverse effects on the human body. He became ashamed and depressed, Warlock hide deep in the dungeons below on his secluded house in Middleport. During the Island Liberation War, Lazlo found him and ask for his help, as a response he joined the Island Liberation Navy. After the war, he died, after he was captured by a militant faction insisting that he atone for the crime of spreading Rune Cannons to the world.
Role in the Game
After liberating Razril, speak with Pablo and then visit the abandoned house in Middleport. Search the opened treasure chest and select "24". Enter the dungeon that opens up and defeat the boss at the end. Once defeated, go into the room and speak to him.
