Jesus, if you think a bunch of advertisements and the like is considered spamming, you should take a look at what I just had to deal with about an hour ago.
A while back, this guy named Speddos appeared on the Dan-Ball Wikia. He was an okay editor, but later became the most hated person on that Wikia. He did sockpuppetry (creating multiple accounts) worse than most bots do, and did nothing but spam random crap, mostly taking out the entire page for a couple of swear words. The full story behind this can be found here.
Apparently, he returned this month, attack spammed another Wikia directly related to Dan-Ball Wikia, and just attacked the latter. I mean, look at this photo below.
Not only did he spam "Nigger" consistently on multiple article and user pages, including my own user page AND talk page, but he also spammed his own pages and ID material. He even made his own wiki just to spam two guys!
Hopefully, we don't get something like this, but I suggest watching out for this one and anyone like it.
12/01/15 EDIT: Overnight, a couple major contributors to the Dan-Ball Wikia went to the only Admin's talk page, Ivan247, and demanded to adopt the wiki and get this shit over with. The problem with him is that he's from Hong Kong, so he can't do anything unless it's the middle of the night for the majority of us.
A couple hours ago, he posted on his own talk page if everyone wanted him to become Bureaucrat. Of course, about 6 others commented, and I followed suit just now. With this, he can make a few others Admin so the Wikia can be saved from another attack. Three of which recommended me as one of the candidates, as some explained in the Fan-Ball Wikia's chat that I became a large help for one section in particular. And you all know what I've done for this wiki.
Hopefully, this works out.
12/03/15 EDIT: Oh, not again! He just came back an hour ago with two bots mentioning tiny dicks and spammed others with it. On top of this, he made a total of SIX random Wikias to pull this crap! Fortunately, Ivan got 9 posts for Bureaucracy, so I made the post telling him to do it now. I'll ask the others if they want me to become Admin on the site.
12/13/15 EDIT: Another day, another attack on both Wikia sites. However, it appears either today or yesterday did anyone respond to Ivan's Adoption Request, and he is now Bureaucrat. As I and a few others expected, I became one of 3 new Admins on the site. It's only a matter of time before Speddos stops once and for all.
