Tony is the Chitou Star (The Folding Star) in Suikoden II. Tony is a farmer who originally had his own farm in Muse. However, he lost his field when Highland invaded Jowston. He took refuge in the Forest Village, working for the mayor of the village. However, when Riou came to him, he is compelled to help the Dunan Army. After the war, Tony was married and had a daughter. Nash Latkje met him by chance when Tony was with his daughter, thanks to Viki's time-warp.
