The Thunder Dragon is an enemy encounter in Suikoden Tactics. It is found in Ruins of Obel Thunder Chamber during Lightningsday. This Dragon cast magical thunder spells and cannot easily distract when casting a spell. It is also automatically match the playable characters level when entering the ruins and it is deadly.
