Tetsu is the Chiyu Star (The Brave Star) in Suikoden II. Tetsu is a bathmaker from Lakewest who likes people who share his passion for good baths. He joined the Dunan Forces when he was impressed with how Riou is a bath connosieur like himself. As a result, he built a huge bath at the Riou's Headquarters.
