The Rage Rune is a type of rune in the Suikoden series. It is a stronger version of the Fire Rune, and allows the user to cast advanced fire magic. The Rage Rune has appeared in every main Suikoden game.

Suikoden IEdit

When a Rage crystal is attached to a character in Suikoden, it becomes a Rage Rune.

  • Fire Storm: 150 damage to all enemies.
  • Dancing Flames: 400 damage to all enemies.
  • Explosion: 700 damage to all enemies.
  • Final Flame: 900 damage to all enemies.

Suikoden IIEdit

The Rage Rune adds an extra 50% damage when embedded into a weapon.

  • Fire Wall: 150 damage to a single row of enemies.
  • Dancing Flames: 300 damage to all enemies.
  • Explosion: 700 damage to all enemies.
  • Final Flame: 900 damage to all enemies.

Suikoden IIIEdit

  • Dancing Flames: 150 damage to all foes and allies in area.
  • Blazing Wall: 400 damage to all foes and allies in area.
  • Explosion: 700 damage to all foes and allies in area.
  • Final Flame: 1200 magic damage to 1 enemy.

Suikoden IVEdit

  • Dancing Flames: 150 damage to all enemies.
  • Blazing Wall: 300 damage to all enemies.
  • Explosion: 500 damage to all enemies.
  • Final Flame: 700 damage to all enemies.

Suikoden TacticsEdit

  • Rage Force: Changes elemental terrain to Fire, more then the Fire Rune does.
  • Blazing Wall: Damages all units on Fire elemental terrain.
  • Explosion: Damages units within range. Changes element terrain.
  • Final Flame: Damages units within range. Changes element terrain.

Suikoden VEdit

  • Dancing Flames: 200 damage to cluster of enemies.
  • Blazing Wall: 300 damage to row of enemies.
  • Explosion: 700 damage to all enemies.
  • Final Flame: 1200 damage to all enemies.
