Oulan is the Chiaku Star in Suikoden II.

Profile

Oulan is a female bodyguard for hire and a martial artist. She like to defend worthy weak people.

Story

Game

During the Dunan Unification War, she protect Riou from the ruffians in Kuskus and then she joined the New State Army. After the war, she stayed in the Nation of newly founded Dunan Republic and became captain of the bodyguards.

She was later hired by Lepant to protect Sheena on his journey to Crystal Valley.

After getting your headquarters, speak with the woman near the entrance of Kuskus to learn about the bandits attacking women. Exit and return with an all-female party and walk across the bridge. Oulan will save you and join you.
