Kamandol is the Chiri Star in Suikoden. He's an alchemist of the Dennis Taurer school and works to convert energy into motion.

Biography
Edit
Gate Rune Wars (Suikoden) Edit
Before the Gate Rune Wars, Kamandol was working on his alchemy in the town of Teien, developing an engine to burn oil to produce motion. When his neighbor and friend Gen, with whom he tended to argue with more often then get along with, brought Tir over seeking a solution for passing the Dunan Rapids, Kamandol saw an opportunity to test his invention. With the successful test, Kamandol joined the Liberation Army alongside Gen, helping to upgrade yet another boat at the castle using his technology.
Post Gate Rune Wars Edit
With the end of the war, Kamandol returns to his alchemical studies.
SuikodenEdit
Recruiting Edit
Kamandol joins automatically alongside Gen during the events to pass the Dunan Rapids.
Alchemist Edit
Kamandol, with Gen, upgrades a boat in Rikon to allow passage of the Dunan rapids, as well as upgrading a boat at Toran Castle to allow passage of the northern rapids. The upgraded boats move at twice the normal map movement speed.
