Background
Leader of the Scaled Horde group which fights in the Regional Forces. He's an old friend of Damdin of the Holy Imperial Army, and even as allies to each other's enemies, they have not lost their mutual respect. He's more cheerful than his appearance would suggest, and is quite moody for one of the Scaled Horde.
