Flik is the Tenan Star in both Suikoden and Suikoden II. In the tradition of his home town, The Warrior's Village, he named his sword Odessa, after the one he loves. In the first game he is a member of the underground resistance, and in the second a mercenary, partnered with Viktor in both games.
There seems to be a running joke about Flik and the Fire Spears in both games... as he is always the one who brings it up, rather excitedly.. "The Fire Spear!!"
