The Blinking Mirror is an item usually in the possession of a teleportress like Viki or Hellion. It has the mystical abilities to teleport the main character and their party back to their headquaters from the world map. However in Suikoden IV it could be used anywhere to teleport back to your headquaters; even while you're aboard your Ship.
