The Baska Mines are a important plot location in Suikoden V. Once a mine that was used to mine ore it dried up about 10 years prior to the start of Suikoden V. Now a days hardly any one goes there. The mines lead deep into the mountains and eventually to the Dwarf Camp. Logg took the Prince, Lyon and his daughter Lun through here on their way to Agate Prison to bust out Lucretia Merces. The Beaver Moroon is hiding out here due to the fact that no humans come its way. He calls it a "No Human Zone".
