Ameria is a mercenary and the Chimei Star in Suikoden IV. She is also obtainable in Suikoden Tactics automatically through the main story.

Background
Ameria is a lady who is responsible and loves to wear make up. She is a very skilled body guard and she uses a sword as her weapon.
Story
Game
During the Island Liberation War, the Razril people, hired Ameria to protect them against Kooluk. After the Razril was liberated, she joined Island Liberation Navy and help Lazlo after the people encourage her to go along with Lazlo. After the war, she stop wearing make up and nobody recognize her.
At the Fall of Kooluk, she wear her make up again and she was recruited by Akaghi and Mizuki to help Kyril on his investigation. While she was assign as a watchman at night she was worried about staying up late at night because it is so bad for her complexion eventually she stayed awake and followed Jeane's example but she is still sleepy.
Role in the Game
After freeing the Razril from the Kooluk, Ameria can be recruited by speaking with her on the tower in the Hall of Knights.
Ameria is a decent Fighter-Mage Hybrid with a high affinity in wind magic. She can do well with a wind/Cyclone rune with her other slot as a passive physical buff rune as it isnt worth giving her any other element. When compared to her main competetion for the 3rd slot in the Allure Attack unite, Gretchen, Ameria has better magic, evasion and speed, while Gretchen has better strength and defense.
