Background
Adrienne is a young woman, who work as a blacksmith from Middleport. Beside being a blacksmith, she is also an expert armor maker.

Suikoden IV
During the Island Liberation War, she went to the Kingdom of Obel but at that time the Kooluk Empire started their invasion of the kingdom. Under King Lino's request, Lazlo gathered people around the Kingdom of the Cave where the Dauntless was located. While gathering the people Lazlo met Adrienne and she joined. On board on the Dauntless, Adrienne opened a Smithery. After the war, she opened up a shop in the Kingdom of Obel, she always had orders pouring in.
Suikoden Tactics
At the Fall of Kooluk, she continued to run her Smithery shop and she was looking for the Legendary Hammer. Kyril a young man, had successfully managed to get the Legendary Hammer in the Ruins of Obel Rage Chamber. After giving the Legendary Hammer to Adrienne, she honed a few weapons of Kyril and his group for free.

Role in the Game
After Lino En Kuldes orders you to evacuate the citizens of the town, speak with her near the trading shop in Obel. Alternatively, if you miss recruiting her in Obel, you can catch up with her again in Middleport, and by bringing her a Iron Hammer she'll join you then.
Adrienne is the blacksmith of the Island Liberation Navy. By bringing her various hammers, she'll be able to level up your weapon and increase its strength. Also, if you bring her different materials, she'll forge different types of armor.
